Diagnostic reports generated for you are licensed for your internal use only and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
Access to the Foresight™ platform and Institute portal requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@eshieton.com
Our diagnostic tools and reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Eshieton Group makes no warranty that results will be error-free or suit your specific circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eshieton Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For UK users, English law also applies. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Abuja, Nigeria, or the courts of England and Wales for UK users.
